Completely hand forged knives from the famed Kokajikai knife makers in Sakai. These are 3 layer Warikomi White #1 Carbon steel. Fantastic geome-try and edge holding.

 

BLADE

3 layers of White #1 Carbon steel, Kiritsuke tip. Bunka and Gyuto are double bevel, while the Yanagi is traditional right handed single bevel. (2 layer)

 

HANDLE

Traditional wa handle featuring Japanese Magnolia and water buffalo horn ferrule. Oval on the double bevel (for ambidextrous use) and D handle on the Yanagi.
